Nanina Ra bath salts and scrubs are made from various salts from around the world and include Himalayan, Dead Sea Salt, and other sea salts. These salts contain the 84 mineral elements found in the human body. These minerals are absorbed by the body during the bath. Bath salts help draw toxins from the body and help the body to relax. Bath salts also cleanse and soften the skin. The natural herbs and pure essential used in the salts are organic and free from pesticides, dyes, binders, additives,hormones, and industrial chemicals. They are also cruelty free. Place one tablespoon in a tub of water and soak.

Like the Salt Baths, the scrubs are made from Himalayan and other sea salts and include all the essential minerals of the body. Wet the body first. Then, place a small amount on a cloth and rub over the body prior to showering.

The detox bath is a special combination designed to pull environmental toxins such as cigarette smoke, pesticides, heavy metals, sugar, yeast, mucus and other pollutants from the body. This bath always helps to relieve tensions from the muscle and other indices of stress. Use 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar with 1/4 cup of Nanina's Detox Bath. Do not use more than the recommended amount. Take your Detox bath at night, prior to going to bed, to get the full benefit. Use Nanina's Detox Bath once a week for one month then discontinue use. |

This herbal tea combinations cleanse the small and large intestines and helps discharge mucous, parasites, old matter, and bacteria. Steam 2 tablespoons of the tea for 15 minutes in rapid boiling water. Strain the tea and drink 6 to 8 ounces of the tea. Take the tea on the weekend when you plan to stay home and rest.
